My goal is to make your session an absolute blast and a true celebration of you. This isn't about stiff, boring poses. I focus on capturing your unique personality, style, and energy in a fun, relaxed way. We'll collaborate on locations and ideas that feel authentic to you, whether you're into sports, music, fashion, or just hanging out with friends. You'll get a supportive guide and cheerleader in me, ensuring you feel confident and have an amazing time creating photos you'll absolutely love.
The ideal time for senior photos is during the summer before your senior year or early in the fall semester. This ensures you have your amazing photos ready for graduation announcements, your yearbook submission, and social media! I typically book a few months in advance, so reaching out in the spring of your junior year is a great idea to secure your preferred date. That said, I'm happy to work with seniors at any point in the year!
Wear what makes you feel confident and awesome! I recommend choosing 2-3 outfits that show off different sides of your personality. Typically that's one dressy outfit, one casual cool look, and one that reps your sports team or hobby. Solid colors, fun textures, and accessories (like hats or jewelry) always photograph well. Don't worry, after you book, I’ll send over my detailed Senior Style Guide packed with tips and inspiration to help you plan the perfect looks.
Honestly, almost everyone says this, it's totally normal! My entire approach is designed to make you feel comfortable. I won't ask you to hold any stiff, awkward poses. Instead, I'll give you easy, natural directions like "walk towards me," "tell me about the last thing that made you laugh" or "look over your shoulder like you just heard your name." My job is to guide you, so you can relax, have fun, and your true personality can shine through. By the end, you'll probably forget the camera is even there!
We can shoot anywhere that feels like you! I have a list of location ideas, from urban downtown walls and cool coffee shops to sunny fields and forest trails. I’m happy to travel to a spot that’s meaningful to you, whether it's your school, a favorite park, or even your own backyard. Most of my collections include travel within the local area, and I'm always up for an adventure to get the perfect shot.
